What sets DJs apart?

It's no longer about start and finish times, how many lights and speakers are included or "just press play". It goes beyond music or gear.  Noting the little details, helping develop unique ideas, preparation, and forward thinking sets DJs apart.

I genuinely care about the success of your event, and I know that success won't happen by accident. If you value the significance of quality entertainment at your event, get in touch to discuss your plans and ideas.

My philosphy is simple: If it were my party, what would I do to ensure it's a good one? I treat your event as if it were my own. This doesn't mean I take over and make it about me, in fact quite the opposite...

I offer personal service and guaranteed standards, regardless of the type of event and no matter who my client is.

  • Exclusive "There-in-Person" guarantee.

  • I do not hire staff, so you will not be sent a less experienced DJ that you have never met.

  • First contact to last dance, you deal with Nick Logan, the owner and sole DJ of the company.

  • I will not invite other clients to your event for a "demo".

  • I will not transfer or "sell" your entertainment to another DJ company.

  • I will be set up at the specified time, and start on time.

  • I only use professional equipment.

  • I will be dressed in a suit with tie.

  • You will have all of your details confirmed in writing.

  • I do not drink alcohol or smoke.

  • I do not stop for a break.

"Hi Nick,

You were fantastic!

We were blown away by your professionalism & outstandingly positive attitude. Our group thoroughly enjoyed the evening and you are obviously excellent at reading the audience and responding with music which appeals to their tastes. We had to literally drag people from the dance floor at the end of the evening! We can’t wait for the opportunity to call upon your services next time we arrange an event in and around Auckland."

We just LOVED you! The enthusiasm you had for our wedding is so RARE!

Big Thank You!

How important is the MC?

It is your wedding MC that brings all of the parts of your wedding day timeline together.  It is the MC your guests will look to to know what is happening next, where they should be, even how to react.  The role of the MC is not to talk about the bride and groom, but introduce those who will.

Being a "great public speaker" is helpful, but usually there is much more to it than just speaking.
