Welcome to the beginning of this collection. It’s amazing how things work when you’re too close to it. For two decades I’ve worked as a mobile DJ with the majority of my events over the last 8 years being weddings.
This is the funny part – I see new things, new perspectives, new ways of doing things every single weekend. Yet until recently, I never really considered capturing those moments and ideas to share with the world.
This site will deliver a somewhat random recollection of “the best bits” from the past 20 years, mostly. Also, I feel it’s important to include a couple of worst case scenarios too to show that there really is no such thing as a bad wedding, no matter what happens. And trust me – I’ve seen plenty of things go “not to plan”.
As events and items come to mind, I’ll add the information here. I’ll date the events as best I can although some of the coolest or most unique things I’ve seen happened years ago, and I simply haven’t kept adequate records to know the finer details.
